Hello, my name is Shawna Russell and I am a creative Software Quality Assurance Tester in Greensboro, NC. I am also passionate about C# and Object Oriented Programming, because they have an organizational system I find attractive, due to it's ease of use.
I enjoy solving puzzles and coding for me is like that, except at the end the puzzle actually does something. After many years in customer service, I am switching to a career in software development, because it offers me more job-satisfaction and career-growth opportunities. I'm focusing on QA because I like searching for bugs. finding their root cause and resolving them.
I have varied experience, including a Master's degree from the University College: Dublin in Ireland and a Bachelor's degree from Sonoma State University in California.
